On Saturday, May 14th, my friend Ashley and I took two of my nephews to the Queen City Bird Festival held at Hueston Woods State Park. They had a good time!

And they got to make a pine cone bird feeder...

Sounds like a great day out. These sort of events are vital in getting the younger generation interested in the natural world.
